The property was perfect with affable and accommodating staff especially the receptionist, I liked the stay. Had brand-new and spotless room £ 71 with large glass in the hallway and a window into the shaft. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were very handy. The hotel was in a very central location in a nice area.

The room we had included a safe, an iron with ironing board, and a work desk. We got a bath too. The location was great and absolutely perfect, in a nice area, and the view was pleasant, too...

The hotel is on a marvellous and unbeatable location just next door to restaurant, the center of the city and the ramblas. Will certainly stay here again when I travel to Barcelona.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of this place. The location was excellent, with major sites in Downtown Barcelona just a short walk away. We had plenty of restaurants to choose from near Placa de Catalunya. The staff, especially the receptionist, provided top-notch service and were always friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. The buffet breakfast was also a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options. we had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is very clean. It is very close to city center and La Rambla.

There was a problem with my booking because I arrived late. They cancelled my room booking and moved to another room for the first night.

Sansi is a 4 star hotel with good standards for the price I got on Booked.net The location is perfect. It is like 5 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, which is at the heart of Barcelona and with transportation to everywhere in Barcelona. The location is very close to the famous La Rambla, but far enough that it is clean and quiet. We stayed one night in another hotel very close to La Rambla, but the area was so bad, sketchy and smelly. The rooms are really clean and comfy, as my friend said Cozy. I recommend this hotel.

Nothing in general. The hotel for me was for sleeping at night, so given the location and the cleanliness, was a good choice with no complaints. I have one previous bad experience with them. They gave my room away, because I usually arrive in Barcelona in a late flight. This time, i sent them a request telling them that I am arriving late, so they kept the room.

It was clean, everyone was accommodating and outstandingly accommodating. Great and unbeatable location, Barcelona-El Prat airport was 20 km away. It was located in a great area.

The place was absolutely fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Its location just a short stroll away from fantastical Gaudi-designed apartments was particularly good. Being walk from a tube station was a bonus.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service at Hotel Sansi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even accompanied us to our room to make sure the key was working properly, a small but thoughtful gesture. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a fresh and modern look. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in the design.

Sansi was a lovely hotel. Nice, spacious and clean room. Good location, only a short walk to Placa de Catalunya and La Rambla and metro stations. Customer service generally good and tried to be helpful.

The hotel is located in a perfect location, easy to get around and close to Metro. Staff are helpful and friendly. The most importantly, it's right opposite one of a famous gay club in town; Arena, just 10 steps away. :)

One staff was annoying me, the fact that I had different companies. I thought it was a gay friendly hotel, I would think about it if you are a single traveler and plan to meet locals.

The bed was really comfortable. Great location near attractions, city tour station, restaurants, and coffee shops. Helpful and approachable staff. Best service I've experienced in Barcelona. Room was comfortable, clean, and fresh.

Location is good!

Most of all reception staff were friendly and kind, but one hotelman does not speak English (well). It was a little bit troublesome for non-native Spanish speakers. Amenity goods were never replenished although I stayed for more than 1-week!
